Ingredients for Making Tiramisu

Cooking Tiramisu:

Step 1: Making coffee.

First of all, we brew natural coffee, this can be done in a coffee maker, and if there is none on the farm, then we brew coffee in a Turk. Coffee should be very saturated, so 250 grams of coffee is brewed in 4 portioned cups of espresso. In coffee, add a teaspoon of sugar and 10 grams of liquor. For tiramisu, liquors such as Baileys and Amarula are ideal. We set our coffee to cool.

Step 2: prepare the curd mass.

We take 4 eggs and gently separate the yolks from the proteins. We put the proteins in the refrigerator to cool, and add 8 teaspoons of sugar to the yolks and beat with a mixer. Beat until complete dissolution of the sugar. We take a blender, pour half of the cottage cheese into it, that is, 150 grams and half of the whipped yolks. Grind everything to a homogeneous mass. We also grind the remaining cottage cheese and yolks. Then transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl and mix with cream.

Step 3: prepare the cream for tiramisu.

We take out the cooled proteins from the refrigerator, add a little salt to them and start whipping with a mixer. When a thick foam forms from the proteins, we add sugar to them. Beat proteins until sugar is completely dissolved. We should get a thick white cream. Now you need to combine it with the curd mass. This must be done very carefully so that the squirrels do not sit down. Add the proteins in a bowl to the curd and mix carefully with a spoon. Long and hard to interfere. Pour in the remaining liquor and mix.

Step 4: form a tiramisu cake.

Take the sponge cake and pinch off small pieces of it about 2x2 centimeters. Dip each piece into the already cooled coffee and put it on the bottom of the glass form. You need to dunk the pieces, so that coffee does not drip from the biscuit, otherwise it is better to squeeze out the excess. After all the bottom is closed, fill the biscuit layer with half a cream. Then repeat the layers, again make the biscuit layer and pour out the rest of the cream. Level with a spoon and sprinkle with cocoa powder. You need to sprinkle through a strainer, so you get a uniform beautiful layer. We put our form in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

Step 5: serve to the table.

Chilled tiramisu cut into portions and put with a spatula on a saucer. We decorate such a dessert with mint leaves. If desired, garnish with berries and sprinkle with coarsely grated chocolate. Serve cold. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - choosing home-made cottage cheese, buy a whole, not overheated cottage cheese, and cream should not have acidity. Tiramisu needs only fresh dairy products.

- - instead of biscuit cake, you can use biscuit cookies, the main thing is that it is well soaked
