I had a craving every day when I looked at the menus posted by the chefs and I thought of posting my tochitura recipe. I saw that everyone does it to their liking, so I present you the version that I like and I always prepare it for my loved ones :)

  • 300 g kaizer
  • 500g semi-smoked pork
  • 4 types of sausages (Transylvanian, butcher, homemade and semi-smoked)
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 g broth
  • thyme, salt, pepper
  • green parsley

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Tochitura:


  • I cut the sausages, the kaizer and the meat into small pieces, and I chopped the onion and the garlic a little bigger than usual.

  • First I fried the kaizer, then I added the meat and sausages, I fried them a little, then I added onions and garlic and I left them for about 5 minutes, to soften.

  • I mixed the broth in a bowl with a cup of water, then I put it over the meat.

  • I put a tablespoon of thyme and let it boil for about 30 minutes.

  • When it was almost ready, I matched it with salt, pepper and added the chopped parsley.

  • I served it with polenta and it was very tasty.
