The preparation of salad "Ring" from the liver:

Step 1: Cook the vegetables.

The liver, as you know, must first be washed with water. Then we take the pan, put the liver in it and fill it with water so that it covers the product completely. Cook it until tender, then cut into cubes. Then boil the eggs and peel. Then we cut across and take out the yolk, laying it aside. And then grate. Well, yolks, of course, we rub on the smallest grater. We will decorate our salad with them. I used cheese "Russian". It is very tasty, and also solid, as we require. We also grate it. Then peel the onion. If you came across a very vigorous onion and it is simply impossible to hold back the tears, then as soon as you remove the skin, immediately throw it under running water. So its pungent odor will be reduced by half. We washed the onion, and cut it into half rings. Now we take the pan and fry the onion until golden. For example, I really like fried onions, and especially with the liver.

Step 2: Put the food on a plate.

Next, we will spread the salad in layers. You have probably already encountered this type of laying out salad. The first layer we will have boiled liver. The second layer will go onion. Just do not forget to grease each layer with onions. But you just don’t need to cover the onion, because we don’t have much and it will absorb the previous layer of mayonnaise. Take the proteins on the third layer. Cut them on the surface evenly. Then cover with a thin mesh of mayonnaise. The fourth layer will be grated cheese. It is no longer necessary to lubricate it with mayonnaise, since this step is final. We are at the finish line. We complete our salad, covering on all sides with yolk.
