Cooking delicious pancakes:

Step 1: prepare the flour.

To make our pancakes thin and not torn during the frying process, sift the flour with a sieve. And for this we use a deep bowl. Step 2: prepare the eggs.

Just with a mixer, this process can be accelerated. After that, pour sugar into the container and mix these two ingredients well until sugar grains appear on the bottom.

Step 3: prepare the milk.

Pour milk into a small saucepan and place the container on medium heat. We heat the milk component to a hot state. Attention: milk should never be boiled. It is enough to warm it to a temperature 50 ° -55 ° C. After that, turn off the burner and immediately proceed to the next cooking step.

Step 4: making pancake dough .

Pour the flour with baking powder into the container with the egg-sugar mixture, and also add a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar to taste. Again, mix everything well with a whisk until we get a homogeneous mass without flour lumps. After that, pour hot milk into the container, while continuing to whisk everything with a whisk. Such a sequence of the process of adding ingredients will contribute to the fact that no bubbles with dry flour will come across in the dough. At the end we add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and again, mix everything well with improvised inventory.

Step 5: prepare delicious pancakes.

We put the pan on a fire less than average and pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the container. After all, pancakes are called delicious for a reason, but because of their miracle test, which, thanks to its consistency and the cooking process, makes miracle pancakes. Of course, it still depends on the pan and stove. So, when the pancake is browned on one side, and this can be checked by slightly raising the dish with a wooden spatula, we turn the pancake on the other side with the help of improvised equipment. The approximate cooking time for one side of the pancake takes about 1-1.5 minutes, depending on how much dough you scored with a scoop and how thick you get pancake. After the pancake is browned on both sides, with the help of a spatula we transfer it to a flat serving dish. Immediately after that, grease the pancake with butter so that it becomes even more delicious. And we do the same procedure with the remaining dough, from time to time without forgetting to add vegetable oil to the pan and constantly grease each new pancake with butter.

Step 6: serve delicious pancakes.

When the pancakes are all ready, they can immediately be served at the table. Well, along with such a delicious dish, you can put no less delicious fillings. For example, it can be any of your homemade jam, condensed milk, as well as fresh berries, such as cherries. You can also add to each pancake products such as cottage cheese, chopped boiled potatoes with fried onions and mushrooms, or boiled meat with grated hard cheese. Recipe Tips:

- - If you want to cook salty pancakes, then you need to add a pinch of salt to the eggs instead of sugar, and also do not add vanilla sugar.
