Cooking beef ribs with white bean croquettes:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

We wash the beef ribs under running cold water, put it on a napkin and dry it, cut into small portions. We heat the pan, pour the sunflower oil and add the chopped ribs, add a little, add the black ground pepper and fry until golden brown over high heat. We shift to the pan.

Step 2: Prepare the onions and carrots.

Onions and carrots are peeled and washed under water. Cut the onion into small cubes. We heat the pan, pour the sunflower oil and put onion to fry the chopped onions, fry until golden brown. While the onions are fried, peel the carrots from the peel and rinse under water, rub on a coarse grater. Add carrots to the fried onions and tomim 2-3 minutes. Step 3: Prepare White Beans.

We sort the beans, wash under cold water and soak in a separate bowl and leave for a couple of hours. After that, we take the beans out of the water, transfer them to the pan, fill them with cold water, put on the stove and cook until cooked. In 10 minutes until ready, add some salt to the water. We take the finished beans out of the water and cool in a separate bowl. Twist the cooled beans in a meat grinder several times to a homogeneous mass. Add a little breadcrumbs to the grated beans, break the chicken egg and mix well. We form in the form of sausages. We heat the pan, pour the sunflower oil. Beat the chicken egg in a separate bowl. Dip the molded bean mass into flour, then into a beaten egg and finally into the breadcrumbs, and put in a frying pan until golden brown. Put finished and fried croquettes on a plate.

Step 4: Serve the beef ribs with white bean croquettes.

On the serving plate, put the stewed beef ribs, pour them with sour cream, and next to it are ready-made croquettes. Garnish beef ribs with croquettes with sprigs of dill or parsley. Good appetite!
