Cooking raw Japanese meat:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the veal well, remove the veins and pat it through a paper towel. Using a sharp knife, cut it across the fibers into equal strips, about 1 cm thick. Add salt to taste. Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into thin half rings. Fry half in a frying pan, over medium heat, with the addition of vegetable oil, until golden brown. Leave the rest for pickling. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife.

Step 2: marinate the veal.

Put the prepared meat in an enameled dish (I have a saucepan in this case). Pour with marinade vinegar or vinegar essence, mix with a false canteen and cover tightly. In this form, leave the meat in a cool place for 5 hours, not less! Onions can be put both marinating first and added half an hour before being cooked.

Step 3: Serve the meat in Japanese.

Veal beautifully served on a plate. Garnish with fried onions, herbs. For taste, sprinkle with red and black pepper, can be supplemented with sesame seeds. Japanese-style meat served with classic soy sauce and pickled ginger. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - Onions marinated with meat are best avoided.

- - The amount of pepper used is amateur, so this ingredient can be varied at your discretion. By the way, the Japanese prefer pepper, the traditional ingredient is wasabi made from horseradish.

- - You should not be surprised at this recipe, because some people eat raw minced meat, and this is essentially raw meat.
