We really like the homemade chocolate, so it couldn't be missing from the holiday table. If you prefer sweet, sweet chocolate, I warn you from now on that it is not. We like desserts with less sugar. :)
- 500 g milk powder
- 200 g butter
- 200 ml water
- 80 g cocoa
- 300 g sugar
- esenta de rom
- 150 g mix of roasted dried fruit (nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews)
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
HOW TO PREPARE RECIPE Homemade chocolate dessert:
Put the sugar, salt and water in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar is completely melted. When a white foam forms on the surface, let it boil for another 5 minutes, no more, and turn off the heat.
Meanwhile, mix the powdered milk with the cocoa and sift the composition.
Immediately after the fire is extinguished, add the partially melted butter and the rum essence.
Stir until the butter is completely incorporated into the sugar syrup.
Add the syrup over the powdered milk mixture and mix the cocoa continuously while adding.
After incorporating the powdered milk and cocoa, add the fried fruit and mix with a wooden spoon.
Line the form with cling film and add the chocolate. Level nicely and leave in a cool place, excluding the refrigerator, 3-4 hours.
Because chocolate tends to harden, you have to move pretty fast.
