Cheesecake and vegetables

I really like sweet or savory tarts. This time I had a zucchini left lost in the fridge and I thought about what to combine it with. Simple, with a few vegetables from the Mexican mixture, curd, milk kernel, eggs and cream. The result was delicious.

  • A zucchini
  • Frozen Mexican mixed vegetables (carrots, donuts, corn kernels, peas)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 150 g sheep case
  • 75 g Milk core
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • One tomato
  • Greenery
  • Salt, pepper, curry

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE Tart with cheese and vegetables:

I grated the zucchini, put a little salt and let it drain the juice.

I beat the eggs with a little salt, I added sour cream, flour and grated cheese.

I mixed the zucchini with the vegetables, I seasoned them and then I put them over the egg mixture.

I put the composition in a tray and in a ceramic bowl.

On top I put slices of milk and tomato core, then grated mozzarella.

I put it in the oven for 40 minutes, until it browned on top.

I served it cold.
