The meat must be marinated for at least 12 hours, refrigerated in the evening and cooked the next day.
Wash the chicken, then put it in a larger bowl, grease it with oil and season to taste. Then pour the yogurt and grease well everywhere, on all sides, then cover the bowl with foil and leave in the refrigerator.
The next day, take the chicken out of the yogurt, place it on a bottle filled with water, and put the bottle in a pan in which I also put water.
Leave it in the oven for 50 minutes, on the right heat, sprinkling it from time to time with the juice from the pan.
Serve with any kind of garnish or salad.
Put on the beer bottle
Ever since we were friends, my husband really likes this dish and I won't tell you how much I like it because I don't have to put too much effort into preparing it, in fact the whole thing is done by the oven, I just enjoy it at the end.
You need a chicken (set the size depending on the number of people), a bottle of beer, 1 packet of small butter, 2 teaspoons of paprika (we use hot because we like spicy foods but sweet paprika also works), garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation
Preheat the oven.
Meanwhile, melt half of the package of butter and mix it with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Pour half a bottle of beer and pour in the mixture then shake well. Put the chicken on the bottle and grease it with the rest of the melted butter and season with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Then put the chicken in the oven for about 3 hours on low heat.
And this is where my job ends, this is the oven job. It's perfect with a garnish of potatoes or vegetables, but we serve it without a sauerkraut salad because it's still in season.

Put on the bottle. The story of the green bottle
Around World War II, European breweries faced a shortage of brown glass. Thus, brewers of high quality beer had to use clear bottles, which made their beers look cheaper. Their solution was to sell their beer in green bottles, so that the consumer could see the difference between a regular beer and a high quality beer. The green beer bottle has become a symbol for quality beer from breweries in Europe. Today, green glass is used by many companies only to distinguish their beer from others, for marketing or aesthetic reasons, as now all bottles are protected, regardless of the type of glass.
However, the best advice for any beer drinker is to keep your bottles in a cool, dark place that will keep the beer fresh for longer.

How to make chicken on glass in 11 steps
1. Prepare the ingredients
You need, of course, a whole chicken. It must be organ-free. Then you need more ingredients for a marinade to add flavor to the chicken.
Also, prepare some vegetables to serve with the chicken on the glass - you just need a garnish, don't you? You can opt for potatoes, carrots and possibly some red onions.
You need a bottle - juice or beer are good.
Don't forget about olive oil and some spices: a little salt and freshly ground pepper make all the difference. If you want, you can also use garlic and lemon slices. Of course, you can add other spices.
2. Clean the chicken
Before you start cooking, clean the chicken well, inside and out. If you want, you can also remove the skin, but if you leave it, you will get a crispy, slightly spicy and delicious coating. And that's not as unhealthy as they say.
3. Marinate the chicken
Prepare your favorite marinade or choose one that makes you smile. Put the marinade in a large bowl and put the chicken there. Grease the chicken everywhere with the marinade, including inside, but also under the wings and under the skin, as much as you can reach by hand. Leave the chicken to marinate in a bowl overnight, if you have time. If not, go to the next step.
4. Prepare the vegetables
Clean and cut the vegetables you want to cook with the chicken. Place them on the bottom of the tray or bowl you are going to use.
5. Clean the bottle
Wash the bottle on which you will put the chicken well and clean any paper or glue on it.
6. Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
7. Fill the bottle
Put 1-2 cloves of garlic, a few slices of lemon, a few slices of onion and a little lemon juice in the bottle. Add salt, then fill the bottle with hot water and place it in the middle of the tray that you will put in the oven.
8. Put the chicken on the bottle
He sticks the chicken on the glass, with his feet down, among the vegetables in the pan.
9. Pour the marinade over it
Mix the marinade in which the chicken was placed with some olive oil and 2-3 cups of water. Pour this mixture over the chicken and into the tray where the chicken is.
10. Put the chicken in the oven
Put the tray in which the chicken and vegetables are in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
11. Bake at a lower temperature
After half an hour, turn the oven to about 175 degrees and bake until the chicken is fully cooked.
