Focaccia the jar


In the "Kitchen Gifts" series, I also introduce this focaccia recipe. Put all the ingredients in a jar, decorate it nicely (nicer than I did) and don't forget to write the instructions (as I did).

  • 7 gr dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried pieces of hot pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 1 1/2 cana faina
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

The contents of a jar are mixed with 1/2 cup warm water and 2 tablespoons olive oil. If it is too dry add a little water, if it is too soft add a little flour.

Leave to rise until it doubles in volume.

Put it on the tray and grease it with two tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt or coarse salt or rosemary and put in the preheated oven.
